Confirmation Faith Statements

Cody Adkins: “I believe that God calls all, but only a certain amount of people listen. But when they finally believe they learn that God sent His son to save us and to judge us when we die. Because He died for our sins is how we will receive the grace of God and reign in Him in the kingdom, to walk with Him forever.”

Joe All: “I believe that God created the world and every living thing in it, and that He made us the way we are. I believe in Jesus Christ and that He was born of the Virgin Mary. He performed all of his miracles, was beaten and had the crown of thorns stuck on his head. I also believe that He died on the cross for us and our sin and went to hell; three days later He rose again and then went to Heaven. I believe in the Holy Spirit and that it is all around us no matter where we are. I believe that the three of them will protect us. I believe in the Holy Catholic church, the communion of saints and that our body will be resurrected in Heaven as long as we believe."
Isaac Babcock:“I believes that Jesus is my Savior, sent to us from God- He watches over us and protects us from evil. He is our guide to Heaven and eternal life.”
Brett Cortelletti: “To me, God means life not only eating and breathing life but freedom of faith and happy joyful life. God frees me when I’m stuck even if I get stuck disobeying him. Jesus is my Savior and his death on the cross was for me. In return I must believe He died for me. He suffered three days in hell to go to Heaven and I must simply believe in God and his sacrifice. I believe the LORD created all and gave his only son for us. Amen."
Lane Foster: “I believe that every one should be equal. God, the Father
Almighty creator of Heaven and earth. The song Jesus loves me and this I
know....
I believe that God has helped me and my parents get me through catechism.”

Austin Hadamuscin: “God means everything to me. He is my Savior and my protector. When I’m in need He helps me. I believe in the 10 commandments. I believe in them because they are a set of rules I believe in and follow."
Marissa Henkel: “I believe Jesus Christ, our Savior, gave his life so we the people of God could get rid of our sins and be saved by Jesus Christ.”

Donnetta Lester: “I believe that Jesus is my (our) Savior. One day He will come down from Heaven and take me and all who believe in him and will take them in Heaven. Jesus will forgive all those who will believe in him (He will forgive all our sins). + Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.”
Maeci Ujvari: “I believe in God our Father. He is our great world, creator and creator of everything in it. God is our Savior; He died just to save us, his creation. After three days he rose again, to save us people from our sins. Jesus Christ is with us every day even in the worst of time, even when a death has occurred. Some people think if they do just one thing good they’re going to Heaven, wrong, you have to believe in our God and pray also. I believe in God and his son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.”
